Job summary

Kelly is seeking an experienced Information Technology - Principal Developer/ServiceNow Developer for the Midland, MI or Houston, TX area. The role focuses on ServiceNow development, configuration, integration, automation, testing, deployment, and production support with emphasis on Security Operations and cybersecurity use cases.

The candidate will work onsite with some remote day(s) and collaborate with Service Managers, Product Owners, and Cybersecurity stakeholders to deliver prioritized

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience developing and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, workflows, integrations, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Scripted APIs, Business Rules, and UI components.
• Experience with ServiceNow Security Operations modules including SPC, VR, SIR, and OTM.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity domains including Vulnerability Management, Security Posture Management, Compliance, Risk Management, and Identity & Access Management.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with security platforms such as Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Symantec and more.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions, including custom apps, workflows, integrations, and UI components.
• Implement Security Operations modules and related automation and reporting.
• Integrate with security platforms (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server) and manage CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity stakeholders and Product Owners to deliver prioritized enhancements.

Kelly is currently seeking an experienced Information Technology - Principal Developer/ ServiceNow Developer for an exciting opportunity in the Midland, MI or Houston, TX area!

Title: Information Technology - Principal Developer/ ServiceNow Developer

Location: Midland, MI or Houston, TX

Pay range: $50 - 84/hr.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM local time, requiring candidates to work onsite four days per week, with one day remote.

Role Overview

The ServiceNow Developer will support development, configuration, integration, automation, testing, deployment, and production support activities on the ServiceNow platform, with emphasis on Security Operations and cybersecurity-aligned use cases.

Key Skills and Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience developing and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, workflows, integrations, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Scripted APIs, Business Rules, and UI components.
• Experience with ServiceNow Security Operations modules including SPC, VR, SIR, and OTM.
• Strong experience in integrations, orchestration, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, and Flow Designer.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity domains including Vulnerability Management, Security Posture Management, Compliance, Risk Management, and Identity & Access Management.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with security platforms such as Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Symantec and more
• Working knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Asset Management, and Configuration Compliance.
• Experience implementing workflow automation, remediation workflows, exception management, and security reporting.
• Ability to support end-to-end delivery including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with Service Managers, Product Owners, and Cybersecurity stakeholders.
• Work closely with Service Managers, Product Owners, and Cybersecurity stakeholders to understand demand, clarify requirements, and deliver prioritized ServiceNow enhancements.
• Support managed services delivery expectations including development quality, timely updates, testing support, and production stabilization.

Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelor's degree, or 12 years relevant experience, or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E6 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
