Job summary

Creative G C is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows. You will create custom solutions, integrate with third‑party systems, and enhance platform capabilities to meet client needs.

The role requires collaborating with stakeholders, adhering to coding standards, and participating in grooming user stories. Local VA on-site days apply; MBI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Senior ServiceNow developer with hands-on design, development, and maintenance of SNOW applications.
• Experience with server-side scripting (GlideRecord, Script Includes, Business Rules) and client scripting.
• Proficiency in Service Portal widgets, Flow Designer, and scoped app development.
• REST integration experience; certificate/keystore config (BCFKS/mTLS) is a plus.
• Federal experience and US-based CONUS work preferred.

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Clearance:

Able to obtain MBI Clearance

Note: Local to VA will have to go for 4 days on-site and 1 day remote; No West Coast

Job Summary:

The ServiceNow Senior Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform. This role includes creating custom solutions, integrating with third-party systems, and enhancing platform capabilities to meet business needs. The developer will also collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards and platform best practices. The ServiceNow developer is expected to actively participate in defining, refining, and grooming user stories, ensuring they are well-scoped, technically feasible to meet the client s functional and technical requirements.
