BridgeView is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, customize, and configure ServiceNow applications within an Agile team. You will implement business rules, UI policies, and scripted REST APIs, while building workflows across Finance and Source-to-Pay modules.

You will work with ITSM/ITOM suites, Flow Designer, and AppEngine components, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and maintain documentation.

Job description

The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications. This role requires strong technical acumen and effective collaboration in an Agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement client-side and server-side configurations, including business rules, UI policies, and scripted REST APIs.
• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow workflows supporting Finance and Source-to-Pay processes, including purchase requisitions, vendor onboarding, invoice routing, and approval workflows.
• Design and implement workflows using ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM product suites and Flow Designer.
• Execute technical solutions defined by architects and process engineers while minimizing technical debt.
• Deliver update sets and support release management aligned with Agile methodologies.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow AppEngine applications, Workspaces, and Dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address implementation tasks and ensure project alignment.
• Conduct ServiceNow upgrades, patching, regression testing, and remediation.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience developing in ServiceNow with a strong understanding of its scripting languages and framework
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow core architecture, ITSM, and ITOM product suites
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow workflows supporting Finance and Source-to-Pay processes, including purchase requisitions, vendor onboarding, invoice routing, and approval workflows
• Hands-on experience with workflow configuration, Flow Designer, and automation tools in ServiceNow
• Experience working in Agile development environments, participating in sprints and iterative cycles
• Familiarity with ServiceNow AppEngine, Workspaces, and Dashboards
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in technical documentation
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other relevant certifications
• Experience with integrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and web services
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
