• Ability to deliver interactive dashboards for operational and executive audiences.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules (Incidents, Requests, Changes, Demands) and related workflows.
• Knowledge of access controls and development lifecycle processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in Agile environments with Jira usage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive ServiceNow dashboards and reports.
• Configure Performance Analytics indicators, scorecards, widgets, and data collectors.
• Translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions with stakeholder input.
• Perform backend data analysis with SQL to improve accuracy and insights.
• Analyze Incident, Request, Change, and Demand data for trends and gaps.
• Support leadership with robust reporting and operational guidance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and teams to align analytics strategies.
• Ensure reporting standardization and dashboard governance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage Jira workstreams.
• Provide on-call support and occasional coverage during holidays/weekends.
