Job summary

Fujitsu USA is seeking a ServiceNow consultant to contribute to challenging implementation projects for customers. You will design, develop, and advise on solutions across process and platform areas, taking responsibility for planning, design, and delivery of (sub-)projects.

You will review and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations and collaborate with technical teams to drive innovation and service improvements while maintaining a customer-focused mindset in English and German.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or equivalent with process and platform consulting experience.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Service Management and ITIL core ITSM area.
• Solid experience with ServiceNow or other service management platforms.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator; ITSM/HRSD/SAM/HAM certifications are a plus.
• Public Sector and/or Retail industry experience is advantageous.
• Web tech basics: XML, HTML, JavaScript, JSON, Web Services; Agile methods (SCRUM).
• Strong communication, customer focus, and ability to present in German and English; travel ~10%.
