Job summary

Fujitsu Limited is seeking a ServiceNow-focused consultant to contribute to exciting implementation projects for customers across multiple locations in Germany and the United States. You will design, develop, and advise on solutions spanning various process and platform areas, and take responsibility for planning and delivering (sub-)projects.

The role requires knowledge of Enterprise Service Management, ITIL ITSM, and solid experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or equivalent with professional process and platform consulting experience.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Service Management, ideally with ITIL core ITSM certification.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow or other service management platforms.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator; additional implementation certifications (ITSM, HRSD, SAM/HAM) are advantageous.
• Experience in Public Sector and/or Retail is a plus.
• Knowledge of XML, HTML, JavaScript, JSON, and Web Services.
• Familiarity with agile project management and SCRUM.
• Able to consult and present effectively in German and English; willingness to travel ~10%.
