Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Product Owner - CMDB to define the vision, roadmap, and strategy for the ServiceNow CMDB platform.

You will collaborate with IT Operations, Engineering, Security, Asset Management, and Service Management to ensure accurate, reliable configuration data powering critical processes. The ideal candidate blends CMDB expertise with product ownership, focusing on data quality, process optimization, and platform enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering or equivalent.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• 5+ years in Configuration Management, CMDB, ITSM or related roles.
• Experience leading enterprise CMDB programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the ServiceNow CMDB roadmap, governance, and operational processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements.
• Drive data quality, discovery, service mapping, and data integration initiatives.
• Define CI ownership, lifecycle governance, and data stewardship.
• Develop CMDB KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure adoption.
• Support Incident, Problem, Change, Risk, and Security processes with CMDB data.
