Job summary

Stellantis NV seeks an experienced CMDB Product Owner (ServiceNow) to lead CMDB strategy, governance, and health. You will ensure data accuracy, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, and drive CMDB initiatives and dashboards from our Auburn Hills, MI HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing a CMDB / CMS, alongside proven experience defining strategy and success metrics.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and CMDB module.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing CMDB strategies and governance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
• NICE TO HAVE: Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, ITIL).
• NICE TO HAVE; Experience / certification with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping would be a plus
