Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Consultant to join one of our top clients in Raleigh, North Carolina. You will lead efforts to configure and optimize integrations that populate CMDB/CI records and improve data quality for downstream IT operations.

You will partner with Technology Asset Management stakeholders, apply ServiceNow ITOM/ITSM knowledge, and ensure reliable CMDB data across a large enterprise consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and CI data management.
• Experience configuring integrations that populate and maintain CMDB.
• Familiarity with CMDB data sources/tools such as Service Graph Connector, Tanium, JAMF, or SolarWinds.
• Understanding of Technology Asset Management and CMDB data's importance.
• Knowledge of ITOM and ITSM processes.

IDR is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Consultant to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this role, you will lead efforts to improve the quality and completeness of CMDB configuration item (CI) data by configuring and optimizing integrations into ServiceNow. You’ll support a large enterprise environment within a consulting/professional services setting, partnering with technical teams to ensure accurate, actionable configuration data for downstream IT operations.

Position Overview for the ServiceNow CMDB Consultant:

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and configuration item (CI) data management
• Proven experience configuring integrations that populate and maintain the CMDB
• Experience with CMDB data sources/tools such as Service Graph Connector, Tanium, JAMF, and/or SolarWinds
• Understanding of Technology Asset Management and its dependency on high-quality CMDB data
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM processes and modules
