Akraya, Inc. is seeking a senior ServiceNow CMDB Administrator in Oakland, CA, hybrid. The role focuses on governance, data quality, and continuous improvement of a critical CMDB, ensuring it remains a reliable data source for IT operations.

You will lead CMDB platform administration, drive CSDM implementation, manage CI lifecycles, and collaborate with multiple IT teams to mature data and service models. Requires advanced ServiceNow CMDB experience and hands-on work with IRE and CI Class
