Job summary

BlueCloud seeks an experienced Change Management Specialist to own and optimize ServiceNow change processes in Buffalo, NY onsite. You will ensure changes are properly assessed, approved, and implemented with minimal risk across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include administering the Change Management module, supporting CABs, monitoring the change calendar, and reporting KPIs. ITIL 4 Foundation is required; ServiceNow certification is a plus. Strong communication with IT teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ITSM experience focused on Change Management.
• Hands-on ServiceNow Change Management administration.
• Strong ITIL framework knowledge; ITIL 4 Foundation cert required.
• Experience supporting CAB processes.
• Familiarity with CMDB relationships and CI tracking.
• Analytical skills to interpret change/incident data for trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain technical topics.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve end-to-end Change Management in ServiceNow.
• Review and validate change requests for completeness and risk.
• Facilitate CAB meetings and document decisions.
• Monitor change calendar for conflicts and scheduling risks.
• Track change KPIs and report on emergency/failed changes.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow Change Management workflows.
• Ensure data integrity and CMDB linkage for changes.
• Support integrations with Incident, Problem, and CMDB modules.
