Job summary

Vekend is seeking an experienced Lead Agentic AI Engineer with a focus on ServiceNow Change Management. This on-site role at the Buffalo, NY office involves owning the end-to-end change process, validating requests, and partnering with CABs to minimize risk across IT services.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in ITSM, hands-on ServiceNow Change Management, and strong ITIL knowledge. A comprehensive benefits package and flexible work options are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Service Management with Change Management focus.
• Hands-on ServiceNow Change Management administration.
• Strong ITIL knowledge with relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end Change Management in ServiceNow.
• Review change requests for completeness, risk, and policy adherence.
• Facilitate CAB meetings and document decisions.
• Monitor change calendar for conflicts and risks.
• Report change KPIs and maintain data integrity in the system.
• Collaborate with Incident/Problem/CMDB teams for integration.
