Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Active Secret clearance or higher.
• 1–2 years demonstrated knowledge of ServiceNow.
• 5 years’ experience supporting DoD programs.
• 5 years of intermediate knowledge of DoD software development projects and programs.
• 5 years of gathering, analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements.
• 5 years of professional writing: training, workflows, and procedural documentation.
• 5 years of developing processes, tools, templates, and metrics.
• 5 years of DMAIC project experience.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements; translate stakeholder needs into clear, testable specifications and user-focused deliverables.
• Map and improve end-to-end business processes across directorates; identify efficiencies and improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, policies, process flows, training guides, and other documentation.
• Build and sustain project metrics; support business intelligence, data analysis, and visualization.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions with leadership, IPTs, working groups, and stakeholders.
• Support governance activities (planning, scheduling, briefings, notes, publication).
• Utilize ServiceNow to support requirements validation, configuration/integration coordination, testing, deployment prep, and post-production considerations.
• Produce executive-ready written and visual artifacts.
• Take on other tasks to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
