Job summary

Responsibilities

• Document current-state and future-state business processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and ServiceNow architects throughout implementation.
• Support ServiceNow module implementations, enhancements, and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain requirements documentation, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Coordinate and support UAT activities, including test scenarios, test cases, defect tracking, and validation.
• Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and solution adoption.
• Contribute to organizational change management and user adoption activities.
