Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• In lieu of degree, consideration for equivalent 5+ years of direct IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, software asset management, or infrastructure delivery roles.
• Strong hands on experience with ServiceNow, including SAM and ITAM.
• Experience supporting application lifecycle management, patching, remediation, and asset governance.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as ServiceNow reporting and/or Power BI.
• Light scripting or automation experience preferred.
• Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, etc.) and automation DevOps.
• Experience with project management, enterprise patch deployment, SCCM & Intune.
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering/administration including AD, OS, virtualization, security, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the ServiceNow SME for SAM/ITAM to support vulnerability remediation.
• Own and govern asset data within ServiceNow for tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate remediation activities for vulnerable/legacy apps identified via ServiceNow and tooling.
• Drive upgrades, patching, decommissioning, and standardization initiatives.
• Configure and govern ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, and remediation processes.
• Coordinate remediation across Cybersecurity, IT operations, and vendors.
• Implement secure application integrations (SSO, LDAP) with teams.
• Create and maintain SOPs, KBs, and process templates.
• Develop dashboards and reporting (ServiceNow, Power BI) for visibility.
• Track metrics and blockers; support continuous improvement.
