Job summary

Cedent Consulting is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our Washington, DC team. You will design and implement ServiceNow solutions for Vulnerability Management, SecOps, and Change Management, ensuring alignment with client goals and best practices.

You will lead architecture discussions, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide the configuration, integration, and ongoing support of the ServiceNow platform to deliver scalable and secure processes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong background in Vulnerability Management, SecOps and Change Management.
• Ability to lead architecture discussions and translate business needs into technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions for Vulnerability Management, SecOps, and Change Management modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions that address business needs.
• Lead the configuration, customization, and implementation of the ServiceNow platform to optimize workflows and processes.
• Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to stakeholders and end-users.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities to drive continuous improvement.
