Qualifications

• Expertise with ServiceNow Discovery and MID Server troubleshooting.

• Strong understanding of CMDB architecture and normalization.
• Hands-on experience with hardware asset management in CMDB.
• Experience with data migration and validation.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage ServiceNow Discovery jobs and optimize schedules.
• Implement CMDB governance and maintain data quality standards.
• Develop and optimize GlideRecord queries for automation.
• Create dashboards to track CMDB health and reporting.
