Qualifications

• CTAs such as CTA/CSA/CAD and CIS certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for multi-domain environments.
• Develop architecture blueprints, integration frameworks, and data models.
• Establish platform governance, coding standards, and technical guardrails.
• Drive CSDM, CMDB maturity, and platform lifecycle management.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor developers, admins, and consultants on ServiceNow best practices.
• Architect integrations using IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs, and event frameworks.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable integrations and automation.
• Present architecture decisions to CIO/VP-level stakeholders and review boards.
• Lead client workshops, RFPs, and transformation programs.

• ServiceNow CTA Program Capstone completion
• Architecture Excellence Accreditation
• Experience with large-scale Digital, AI/ML, and CloudOps transformation programs
• Experience with Big 4 consulting environments preferred
