Job summary

Softshala Technologies seeks an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with 10+ years in ServiceNow to lead architecture, design, and integration efforts across modules. You will guide development teams, set standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

You will oversee REST/SOAP integrations, performance optimization, upgrades, and large-scale implementations, mentoring developers and ensuring quality across all phases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience with hands-on module work.
• Strong knowledge of platform architecture, configuration and customization.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and middleware.
• Ability to design scalable solutions from business requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• UAN is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Define technical architecture, solution design, development standards, and best practices.
• Work across ServiceNow modules and provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Design and implement ServiceNow integrations with internal and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Review technical designs, code, configurations, and integrations to ensure quality and scalability.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules and the ability to design scalable solutions based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• UAN is mandatory.

Good to Have:

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or relevant ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, implementations, and large-scale transformation projects.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and deployment tools.
