Job Title: IAM Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior IAM Architect to support and drive the adoption and rollout of Identity Provider (IDP) integrations, primarily using Active Directory (On-Prem) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). This individual will be instrumental in stabilizing and securing the IAM environment while enabling seamless and secure authentication across internal, SaaS, and cloud applications.

The ideal candidate is a senior-level AD specialist with deep expertise in identity protocols and enterprise directory services, capable of designing and implementing modern authentication patterns and automating administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and support SSO, MFA, B2B/B2C authentication patterns for internal and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with service owners to integrate Active Directory (On-Prem) and Azure AD (Entra ID).
• Stabilize the environment and enhance security posture.
• Support certification services, vulnerability remediation, and legacy domain retirements.
• Enhance domain services monitoring, alerting, and proactive management.
• Assist with ITDR and BCDR initiatives.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell and MS Graph scripts for automation.
• Collaborate with teams using Agile methodologies (Jira/Confluence).
• Work with tools such as Splunk, Keyfactor (PKI Management), and ServiceNow.
• Participate in monthly on-call rotation with the team.
