Job summary

Veriipro seeks an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to define strategy, governance, and a scalable roadmap for enterprise ServiceNow investments. You will guide architecture, ensure security, upgrade readiness, and align initiatives with business objectives.

The role requires deep ITSM expertise, CMDB/CSDM mastery, and hands-on experience with Now Assist and Agentic AI. You will collaborate with executives and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, governance, and enterprise solution design.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM and at least one additional ServiceNow module such as ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or SecOps.
• Experience with CMDB, CSDM, integration frameworks, security model, and instance lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, governance frameworks, and technical debt management.
• Experience creating platform roadmaps and aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.

Responsibilities
