Job description

Our client, an award-winning federal integrator, assists various federal agencies in transforming how they deliver HR services. They have an opening for a ServiceNow Architect to work on a multi-year project, overseeing the architecture and design of the Talent Experience Platform (TXP) within ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD). This is a remote opportunity.

Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens and pass the client’s background check.

Responsibilities

1. Design and architect ServiceNow HRSD solutions tailored to client needs.
2. Lead technical teams in implementing and managing HRSD solutions.
3. Collaborate with executive stakeholders to create strategic roadmaps and provide thought leadership.
4. Develop business cases and support business development initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Experience with Federal agencies, understanding their requirements and workflows.
2. 8+ years of experience in:
   • Engaging with stakeholders to define solution requirements and improvements.
   • Designing integrations and interfaces with other systems.
   • Designing and understanding data models.
   • Managing customer relationships, with strong communication skills.
3. 5+ years of experience in:
   • Architecting and designing ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
   • Leading ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
   • Collaborating with executives to create strategic roadmaps.
   • Developing technical growth and innovation roadmaps.
4. Bachelor's degree required.
5. Must be a US Citizen and pass background check.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow HRSD Certification.
• Familiarity with other ServiceNow products.
• Knowledge of HR technologies like PeopleSoft HCM, Cornerstone OnDemand.
• Understanding of Agile methodology.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Compensation

• Salary range: $115k - $125K, based on experience and qualifications.
• Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401K, and voluntary benefits. Paid time off for salaried employees; not available for hourly unless legally required.
