Job summary

NewGen Technologies seeks a Senior ServiceNow architect to lead complex implementations for government clients. You will own end-to-end platform design, including RBAC/ACL, Service Portal, Flow Designer, and scoped apps, while guiding integration design via scripted REST APIs and secure communication (mTLS, certificates).

The role requires leadership to mentor developers and business process consultants, adapt to change, and maintain delivery timelines with a focus on national significance

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Must hold MBI clearance and senior ServiceNow architect experience.
• End-to-end platform design ownership for ServiceNow.
• Experience with RBAC/ACL design, Service Portal, Flow Designer, Script Includes, and scoped apps.
• In-depth inbound/outbound integration design including scripted REST APIs and security (mTLS, certificates).
• Strong data model design and access control knowledge.
• Federal delivery experience (FedRAMP, Section 508, CUI).

Job description

This role involves being a ServiceNow expert, guiding clients through the most complex and demanding ServiceNow implementations and providing advice on best practices. This individual will need to be ambitious, work independently, and also mentor and lead the developer(s) and business process consultant(s). This ability to handle change, ambiguity, and good time management will be critical in this role. Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
