High caliber Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect to champion our ServiceNow platform ecosystem This is a blended role requiring an expert who can operating at a strategic architectural level while serving as a handson technical guide for development teams You will drive enterprisewide solution designs across ITSM Master Data Management Workspace Service Portal and Custom Applications ensuring scalable governance robust integrations highperforming automation and AI solutions

What you will do

• Leads the complete lifecycle of ServiceNow projects from discovery and requirements gathering to design build testing deployment and postimplementation support
• Designs scalable endtoend ServiceNow solutions across ITSM Service Portal and Custom Applications
• Translates business requirements into technical architecture automated workflows integrations and configurations
• Leads ServiceNow development teams and ensures adherence to coding architecture and governance best practices
• Designs and implements integrations using SOAP and REST APIs
• Drives automation performance optimization security and platform scalability
• Formulates platform strategy while defining best practices standards integrations data models performance compliance data integrity and security architecture for custom application developments and master data management
• Provides technical guidance documentation governance and training
• Stays current with ServiceNow capabilities and recommends innovative solutions
• Possesses experience in Service Portal UIUX design and automation using Flow Designer
• Demonstrates significant experience in ServiceNow data models and dictionarylevel configurations
• Prepares technical documents and maintains architectural diagrams
• Participates in code reviews and ensures adherence to coding standards
• Significant experience in system cloning upgrades impact analysis and MID server configurations is a plus
• Strong ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience
• Experience with Agile methodologies and enterprise solution design
• Leads technical planning for ServiceNow SAFe stories testing and release management
• Acts as the escalation point for complex technical issues production defects release blockers and integration risks
• Coordinates with delivery leads and Scrum Masters to manage technical dependencies sprint readiness estimates and release readiness
• Provides handson support where required for complex scripting workflow design integrations or platform troubleshooting
