Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a ServiceNow Architect in Chantilly, VA to architect and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions within an Agile team. You will model and configure applications, manage CMDB integrations, and enable automated workflows that modernize government processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong ITSM/CMDB knowledge, and a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Qualifications

You Have:

5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, custom apps, or development met hods

Experience with ServiceNow configuration management database ( CMDB ) administration

Experience implementing scripted web services in ServiceNow, jQuery, or Prototype libraries, Java, and CMDB or asset integrations in ServiceNow

Knowledge of SOAP and REST web services

TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Nice If You Have:

Experience with Object Oriented Programming, SQL, and NoSQL databases

Experience with application design concepts and tools, including using UML, ERD, and Flow Diagrams

Experience introducing open-source solutions into ServiceNow via Script Includes or as JS or CSS Includes

Experience implementing ServiceNow inside a DevOps pipeline

Experience with Agile Scrum development met hods

Experience with proposal writing

Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP Integrations

ITILv3 or ITIL4 Foundations Certification

The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD).
