As a Digital Transformation Architect, you’ll work to develop leading-edge Digital Twin applications, and support our clients’ Digital Twin strategy. You will be responsible for leading client delivery and managing internal business operations of the Digital Twin team.On delivery, you will be working with teams of develop ers, testers, product managers, project managers to ensure timely completion of project deliverables on both internal investments and billable projects. Alongside internal and external stakeholders, you’ll identify client business needs to focus on building the next client delivery team. With your team will need to manage all aspects of delivery from gathering requirements, develop user stories and deploying features efficiently. From a business operations standpoint, you will support the day-to-day operations and ensure it drives forward on overall team priorities and vision to grow the business. This includes helping to market and sell our digital twin product, and manage administrative duties of staffing those initiatives.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a professional environment
  • 3+ years of experience with program management
  • 2+ years of experience with implementing Agile and product lifecycle met hodologies and best practices
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams of architects, develop ers, and user experience spe cia lists to identify clients’ business needs, gather requirements, and develop user stories
  • Experience with running projects, including develop ing and managing project schedules, product roadmaps, and implementation plans
  • Experience with analyzing requirements for IT products, systems, and business processes through requirements elicitation, solutions identification, risk analysis, and collaboration across teams
  • Experience with project management tools, like Jira and Micro sof t Office suite, and develop ing and managing senior client relationships
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, creatively, and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

  • Experience with XR, IoT, Digital Twin and cloud based solutions
  • Experience with marketing, communication, or public speaking and presenting to various audiences
