CHS Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Software Engineer Intern in the Information Technology group to support a range of ITSM projects. You will contribute to ServiceNow AI enhancements, collaborate with multiple business units, and learn from senior engineers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The role is primarily remote, with onsite presence at Inver Grove Heights, MN a few times each month, offering exposure to enterprise services and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Graduate degree in Business Management, Information Management, Computer Science, or other STEM degree program.
• Knowledge of programming and/or scripting languages, such as JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of ITIL, DevOps, and ITSM practices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline development, including experience with Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
• Basic understanding of workflows and business processes.

Responsabilités

• Join Enterprise Services Management Platform team to deliver ServiceNow AI system modifications for ITSM.
• Understand requirements and formulate solutions in ServiceNow to support business needs.
• Develop understanding of business processes, integration technologies and team guidelines.
• Ensure team’s solutions address core business needs and goals.
• Adhere to scrum/agile processes as determined by a senior team member.
• Collaborate with business units to deliver ServiceNow solutions.
• Work with ESM team to deploy solutions into a production environment.
