Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Software Engineer Intern to support a range of ITSM projects. You will work with an Enterprise Services Management Platform team in a primarily remote role, with occasional onsite visits to Inver Grove Heights, MN.

Ideal candidates are pursuing STEM degrees and have knowledge of JavaScript, Scrum, and ITIL. Responsibilities include modifying ServiceNow AI systems, understanding business processes, and collaborating with units to deploy solutions in production.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor or Graduate degree in Business Management, Information Management, Computer Science, or other STEM degree program.

Responsibilities

Join Enterprise Services Management Platform team to deliver ServiceNow AI system modifications for ITSM space.
Understand requirements and formulate solutions in ServiceNow to support business needs.
Develop understanding of business processes, integration technologies and team guidelines and standards.
Help ensure team understands business needs and that solutions address core business needs.
Adhere to scrum/agile processes as determined by a senior team member.
Collaborate with business units to deliver ServiceNow solutions.
Work with ESM team to deploy solutions into a production environment.
