Job summary

Waymo is seeking a senior ServiceNow architect for a hybrid role reporting to the Business System Lead. You will design and deliver enterprise ServiceNow solutions, embedding AI-driven features across the platform, and integrate with external APIs and large language models.

The ideal candidate has extensive ServiceNow experience and a strong background in AI workflows and data-driven retrieval. You will collaborate with data and business teams to ensure data quality and robust governance, while

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience with 4+ years in ServiceNow.
• Hands-on ServiceNow generative AI solutions experience.
• Strong scripting in JavaScript/GlideScript; Service Portal customization.
• Experience with data retrieval using RAG and enterprise knowledge bases.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design, development, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions with AI features.
• Architect integrations between ServiceNow, external APIs, and LLMs using Integration Hub and Skill Kits.
• Design and deploy generative AI workflows and contextual prompts with Now Assist.
• Establish code governance, security guardrails, and deployment strategies for AI workflows.
