Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in the United States seeks a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered experiences focused on IRM, GRC, BCM, privacy, and enterprise risk. Responsibilities

• Build and configure ServiceNow IRM applications such as Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, and Vendor Risk.
• Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer flows to support IRM processes.
• Implement integrations with external systems (e.g., ITSM, Security Operations, third-party GRC tools).
• Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics indicators for compliance and risk monitoring.
• Work closely with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing and support system/integration/UAT testing activities.

Base Salary Range : $90,000 to $130,000 Per Annum
