Responsibilities

1. Involved in Test Planning, Test Case Creation, and Test Execution using ADO.
2. Lead and manage full lifecycle ServiceMax implementations, overseeing internal, partner, and client testers, with hands-on involvement when necessary.
3. Support clients with integrations using middleware tools and standard SFDC components.
4. Test ServiceMax methodology, process, and product.
