Accenture is seeking a seasoned ServiceMax and MuleSoft developer to join our Center of Excellence in Chesterbrook, PA, hybrid role requiring three days in the office. You will configure ServiceMax, build SFM processes, and work on Apex, Triggers, and LWC to optimize field service and integration platforms.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years hands-on with SFM, SFM Wizards, ServiceMax Go App and Code Snippets, plus 5+ years on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience with SFM, SFM Wizards, ServiceMax Go App, and Code Snippets.
• 5+ years of experience in Anypoint Platform MuleSoft Development (Hands-On).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform Developer I are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Configure and maintain ServiceMax solutions to support field service operations.
• Build and manage SFM processes, SFM Wizards, and ServiceMax Go App.
• Work on Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for enhancements and fixes.
• Manage Code Snippets to support business logic.
• Own production support, debug, troubleshoot, and resolve platform issues promptly to minimize business impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on deployments, testing, and post-release stability.
