Accenture is seeking a hybrid-roles engineer to configure and maintain ServiceMax for field service operations, and to develop on Salesforce with MuleSoft integrations. The role requires hands-on work with SFM, ServiceMax Go, Apex, Triggers, LWC, and Code Snippets, plus MuleSoft development experience.

You will collaborate with stakeholders on deployments, testing, and post-release stability, ensuring production issues are resolved efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience with SFM, SFM Wizards, ServiceMax Go App and Code Snippets with debugging skills.
• 5+ years of experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Hands-On).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 6–12 years experience if no degree.

Responsabilités

• Configure and maintain ServiceMax solutions for field service operations.
• Build and manage SFM processes, Wizards, and ServiceMax Go App.
• Develop Apex, Triggers, and LWC for enhancements and fixes.
• Own production support, debugging, and resolution of platform issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during deployments, testing, and post-release stability.
