Qualifications

• Experienced service writer with a track record in automotive service.
• Able to upsell services and communicate effectively with customers.
• Familiarity with Mitchell 1 POS software is a plus.

… is a busy 14 bay shop in Charlotte North Carolina, and we have an opening for an experienced service writer. We are a well established business with a solid customer base and experienced technicians. We use Mitchell 1 POS software. This is a 5 day work week, no weekends, with paid holidays and PTO days.

This is a salary based position with monthly bonus/ production pay. An experienced service writer should expect around 120K/ year. Low pressure sales, no fluff. We work on mostly American and Asian vehicles. Full service facility, from state inspections, oil services, tires, alignments, brakes, to engine repairs, transmission replacement, drivability and diagnostic work.
