Precision Tune Auto Care is looking for a Customer Service Advisor in Tacoma, WA. This friendly and motivated individual will greet customers, schedule appointments, and provide automotive service quotes. The position may be full or part-time, offering competitive pay ranging from $20 to $28 per hour along with paid time off and holidays. Qualifications

• Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts/commissions.
• Preferred ASE Certification; must obtain within 6 months of employment.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and engage customers in‑store and over the phone
• Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services
• Provide customers with accurate quotes, including cost and time of completion, and deliver updates throughout the day on the status of their services
• Perform routine vehicle services such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery installation, fluid top‑offs, and inspections
• Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• 1+ year of automotive service experience; 1+ year of sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts/commissions
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred ASE Certification; obtain one within 6 months of employment (test fee refunded by employer)

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs; frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching
• Climb ladders and safely operate a vehicle
