Bobcat of Atlanta – Norcross is seeking a Service Writer to join our busy dealership. The successful candidate will manage service tickets, coordinate with technicians and parts, and provide excellent customer service to callers and customers.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written.
• Ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service work and supervise administration and warranty.
• Take service requests from salesmen and customers as a service writer.
• Open, close, and manage all service tickets.
• Understand the billing process.
• Answer phones and route calls to the appropriate department.
• Coordinate with Parts Department and Warehouse for technician parts.
• Verify parts are correctly entered on service orders.
• Assist service manager in meeting department goals.
• Greet customers and assist with unloading/loading machines.
• Communicate findings to customers and technicians.
• Assign jobs to technicians and monitor timelines.
• Maintain safe work environment and PPE compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
