Job summary

Davey Coach Sales in Colorado is seeking a Service Writer to bridge the gap between customers and our service team. You will educate customers on required repairs, prepare cost estimates, and coordinate with technicians and the shop to ensure accurate work orders.

The role also serves as a backup to the Mobile Service Coordinator, ensuring smooth communications and timely service across our van and bus sales operations. A strong emphasis on organization and customer-focused service is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• 2 years of related experience in a service writer role preferred.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between customers, technicians, and vendors.
• Educate customers on necessary repairs and provide cost estimates.
• Maintain and control work orders to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow up with customers to ensure prompt, courteous service.
