Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Multitasking across multiple tasks during a busy day.
• Proficient use of computers and business machines.
• Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Call in extended warranties.
• Fill in for Service Advisors.
• Meet with customers and determine their repair/service needs.
• Increase customer satisfaction by building relationships.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle and update customers frequently.
• Increase profitability by maximizing sales and executing retail promotions.
