Job summary

Mark Porter Auto Group in Jackson, Ohio is seeking an enthusiastic sales associate to greet customers, guide them through our lot, and help find a vehicle that fits their lifestyle. You will accompany clients on test drives and explain features, while collaborating with the finance and service teams to ensure a smooth, no-pressure buying experience.

No prior dealership experience is required, but strong communication, a valid driver's license, and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and rapport-building abilities are essential.
• Ability to learn and explain vehicle specifications and features.
• Basic computer literacy for logging customer information.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through our lot to help them find a vehicle that matches their lifestyle and needs.
• Accompany clients on test drives to answer questions and highlight key vehicle features.
• Manage the sales process from the initial greeting through to the final delivery of the vehicle.
• Keep our inventory looking great and ensure all vehicle information is accurate.
• Follow up with past customers to ensure they are enjoying their purchase and to offer continued assistance.
• Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a smooth, worry-free experience for every buyer.
