Responsibilities:

  • Greets all customers in the Service Drive and directing them to the appropriate Service Advisor
  • Installs protective coverings such as seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and installs hat tags in all vehicles
  • Assists in parking vehicles after they have been written up and documenting the numbered parking spot
  • Deliverkeys and repair orders to the assigned Service Advisor
  • Retrieves vehicles for our customers and remove protective covers from the vehicle
  • Pick up and delivery of vehicles and or customers when assigned by Management through RedCap
  • Perform basic cleaning duties such as sweeping, trash removal, wiping door handles/touch points, and keeping the Service Drive clear of debris
  • Immediatelyreport damage to company vehicles and or customer vehicles to Management
  • Must follow all safety procedures set by State Laws and Dealership guidelines
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Strong communication and comprehensionskills

  • Must be able to work scheduled Saturday rotations

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds

  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Must have above average energy

  • Basic computer, internet, and phone skills

  • Professional appearancewith a friendly attitude
