Job summary

The Hot Tub Store in Santa Rosa is seeking a Service Valet and Repair Technician to service hot tubs at customers' homes across the North Bay. Based from our Santa Rosa warehouse, you will travel to residences, perform maintenance, and assist with delivery preparation.

This role offers outdoor work, independent problem solving, and hands-on service with basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. Training will be provided to ensure excellent customer care and product knowledge.

The Hot Tub Store is looking for new team members to join our award winning Service and Operations Team to assist with doing service and maintenance on hot tubs at our customer's homes around the north bay. This position, for the right candidate, will be based from our warehouse in Santa Rosa and will include work at our Santa Rosa showroom as well as travel to our customer's homes.

The chosen candidate will be provided with a company vehicle for service and delivery visits to customer homes and will assist our team with delivery preparation of hot tubs at our warehouse. Home delivery of products and maintenance services is the main duty of this position and will allow the chosen candidate to work outdoors and in the field for much of the time they are working. Being outside and visiting amazing residences is one of the great perks of this position.
The chosen candidate will work independently and will provide exceptional customer care for our valued customers to provide them with the products and services they need to keep their hot tubs in good working order. Being personable is a must.
Hot tub maintenance involves basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry knowledge. A can do attitude and the ability to think things through to figure things out is essential for being successful in this position. The chosen candidate will receive thorough training to be able to provide excellent customer service.
