Job summary

Boston Volvo Cars is seeking a Part-Time Valet / Lot Attendant for the service department. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–6:00pm (15 hrs/wk). Pay is $20–$24/hr.

You will greet customers, safely drive vehicles to designated areas, coordinate with service staff, keep the lot organized, and provide transportation for customers when their cars are serviced.

A valid driver's license, ability to drive manual transmission, and a punctual, customer‑friendly attitude are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, assist with vehicle drop-offs and ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure.
• Safely drive customer vehicles to designated areas within the dealership or service lot, following all safety protocols.
• Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure seamless vehicle transitions and timely service delivery.
• Keep the service parking lot organized, ensuring vehicles are properly parked and accessible for efficient service operations.
• Pick up and deliver vehicles to customers as required.
• Detail, wash, vacuum, and top off fuel in customer vehicles after service, as needed.
• Provide transportation for customers to and from the dealership while their vehicles are being serviced, as needed.
