Job summary

Boston Volvo Cars is seeking a Lot Attendant & Valet to join their team. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00am to 5:00pm with a pay rate of $20-24/hour.

Responsibilities include keeping the dealership lot clean and orderly, moving cars, retrieving and delivering vehicles, giving customers rides, processing loaners, and assisting with inventory appearance and photo uploads. A valid license and reliable, professional work ethic are required.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to bend, move, lift and physically perform duties in the scope of this position
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Punctual and reliable
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude & team player

• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations
• Give customers rides to their home and employer
• Process / Return loaner vehicles
• Work closely with the inventory manager to ensure accurate record-keeping of vehicle inventory
• Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
• Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles
• Assist in photographing of vehicles and uploading the photos to online database(s)
