Job summary

Johnson Hyundai of Apex is seeking a dependable, energetic Full-Time Service Valet to help welcome customers and move vehicles through the dealership's service drive. You will assist with vehicle drop-off, parking, and retrieval while keeping the flow organized and customer-focused.

This role requires safety awareness, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license is required, and prior valet, hospitality, or customer-service

• Support the department with additional needs as assigned.

Johnson Hyundai of Apex is looking for a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Full-Time Service Valet to join our team.

Our Valets play an important role in keeping the Service Department running smoothly. From welcoming customers and assisting with vehicle arrival to moving and staging vehicles throughout the dealership, you'll help create an organized, efficient, and positive experience for both our guests and our Service team.

What You'll Do

As a Service Valet, you'll help manage the movement of vehicles and support customers throughout their dealership visit.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet Service customers promptly and professionally as they arrive.
• Assist customers with vehicle drop-off and pickup.
• Safely move, park, stage, and retrieve customer and dealership vehicles.
• Maintain organized vehicle flow throughout the Service drive and designated parking areas.
• Ensure vehicles are properly parked and keys are returned to the appropriate location.
• Assist Service Advisors and other department personnel with locating and retrieving vehicles.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional Service drive and customer arrival area.
• Provide courteous assistance and directions to customers as needed.
• Treat every customer vehicle with care and respect.
• Follow dealership procedures for vehicle movement, keys, and parking.
• Communicate promptly with management regarding vehicle damage, safety concerns, or other issues.
• Assist the Service Department with additional operational needs as assigned.

Previous dealership, valet, hospitality, or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule

This is aFull-Time position with the following regular schedule:

• Sunday: 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Monday & Tuesday: Off

Reliable attendance is essential to this position.
