Qualifications

• Greet customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner.
• Assist Service Advisors to deliver excellent customer service.
• Drive vehicles to and from service areas and stock as needed.
• Wash and clean vehicles when required.
• Help maintain lot appearance and keep service area clean.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
• Assist Service Advisors with delivery of excellent customer service
• Help customers to the appropriate department or point-of-contact
• Drive vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed
• Install tags in vehicles brought for service
• Wash and clean vehicles as needed
• Maintain lot appearance by cleaning driveway/sidewalks and removing debris
• Maintain department cleanliness (windows, doors, floors)
• Transport customers to and from their home when needed
• Follow all safety and security procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
