Vanguard Auto Group is seeking a Volkswagen Service Valet in Austin, TX to warmly engage with customers and staff, move vehicles, and maintain service-area cleanliness. The role supports service advisors and ensures smooth customer interactions within the dealership environment.

The position requires Saturday availability, fluent English, and basic computer skills, with a focus on teamwork and professional appearance. Company offers benefits and a positive work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Greet customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner.
• Assist Service Advisors to deliver excellent customer service.
• Drive vehicles to and from service areas and stock as needed.
• Wash and clean vehicles when required.
• Help maintain lot appearance and keep service area clean.

Responsibilities

• Install tags in vehicles brought for service

• Maintain department cleanliness (windows, doors, floors)
• Transport customers to and from their home when needed
• Follow all safety and security procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Service Valet helps ensure complete customer satisfaction by warmly engaging with customers and team members, moving vehicles in and around the service department, maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles and the service area, and transporting customers to/from their home when needed.
