Capitol Chevrolet in Austin, Texas is hiring a Dealership Valet/Porter for the Service Department. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of vehicle cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities include parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting service staff, greeting customers, inspecting vehicles, and managing keys. Full-time position with rotating half-day Saturdays; Spanish speaking is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Spanish speaking a plus.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Prior valet/porter experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve customers' vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain an organized and orderly lot with properly parked vehicles.
• Assist service advisors and technicians with various tasks as needed.
• Greet customers promptly and address inquiries or concerns to ensure excellent service.
• Inspect vehicles for damage or cleanliness and report findings.
• Manage keys and vehicles with care and responsibility.
