Norm Reeves Dealerships is seeking a Service Valet to greet customers at the service area, gather vehicle details, and coordinate with service advisors to ensure smooth transitions for repairs and maintenance.

You will also park and retrieve vehicles, verify documentation, explain services, and keep the area clean and organized for a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability and at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency in operating various vehicles, including manual transmission.
• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• A people-oriented, outgoing, and friendly attitude.
• Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
• Outstanding communication skills and a consistently positive outlook.

• Collect necessary vehicle information, such as model, mileage, and service history, to initiate the service process.
• Coordinate with service advisors to ensure smooth handoff of vehicles for repairs and maintenance.
