Norm Reeves Honda Irvine is seeking a Service Valet to join our on-site team in Irvine, CA. This full-time role offers an hourly rate of $17 and a varied schedule with Sundays off and another weekday off.

As part of the Norm Reeves Automotive Group, you will help ensure a smooth vehicle flow, maintain the service area, and deliver a positive guest experience. This entry-level position offers growth opportunities within a nationally recognized dealer group.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and a friendly attitude.

As a Service Valet, you play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support to clients visiting the dealership for vehicle maintenance and repairs. This role involves efficiently managing the flow of vehicles, maintaining the service area's cleanliness, and offering a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive at the dealership's service area.
• Collect necessary vehicle information, such as model, mileage, and service history, to initiate the service process.
• Coordinate with service advisors to ensure smooth handoff of vehicles for repairs and maintenance.
• Parking and Retrieving Vehicles
• Verify the accuracy of vehicle documentation and services performed before returning the vehicle to the customer.
• Provide clear explanations of the services performed and any additional recommendations from the service team.
• Ensure the service area is clean, organized, and free of debris at all times.

What You’ll Need:

• Full-time availability and at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Proficiency in operating various vehicles, including manual transmission
• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
