This full-time, on-site role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to operate manual transmission vehicles, and the stamina to work outdoors in varying weather.

You will help keep the service area tidy and ensure accurate vehicle documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and available for full-time work.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to operate vehicles, including manual transmission.
• Capable of standing, walking, and being on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong customer-service orientation and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive at the service area.
• Collect vehicle information (model, mileage, service history) to start the service process.
• Coordinate with service advisors to ensure smooth handoffs of vehicles for repairs and maintenance.
• Park and retrieve vehicles.
• Verify accuracy of vehicle documentation and services performed before returning the vehicle to the customer.
• Provide clear explanations of services performed and any recommendations from the service team.
• Keep the service area clean, organized, and debris-free at all times.

What You'll Do
